| Ardo (Belgium) has bought the Findus operation in Spain for an undisclosed sum. Reports suggest the asking price for the company, which trades as Findus España, was around EUR 700 million. The deal includes two frozen food plants, one in Badajoz in southwest Spain and the other in Marcilla in the northern region of Navarra.
