Agroittica Lombarda, the Italian fish breeder and processor, has launched two frozen dishes with sturgeon as the main ingredient.
Lasagne with sturgeon comes in a 350g pack priced at EUR 3.70.
Storionelle, breaded medallions of sturgeon, is presented in a 240g pack priced at EUR 3.20.
The company is specialised in farming sturgeon to produce caviar and claims to be the world leader with an annual output of 24 tonnes.
