Conagra Brands is rolling out one of its largest seasonal product introductions, adding new offerings across its frozen meals, breakfast foods, vegetables, snacks and pantry staples as the packaged food maker looks to capitalize on consumer demand for convenience, protein-rich meals and value.
The Chicago-based company, one of North America’s largest branded food manufacturers, is introducing dozens of products spanning brands including Banquet, Healthy Choice, Birds Eye, Marie Callender’s, Bertolli, P.F. Chang’s Home Menu, Gardein and Purple Carrot. The latest additions reflect broader shifts in consumer eating habits, with shoppers increasingly seeking quick meal solutions, higher-protein options and restaurant-inspired flavors that can be prepared at home.
Breakfast represents one of the company’s largest areas of expansion. Banquet is introducing Brown ‘N Serve Sausage Sandwich Size Patties, larger frozen sausage patties designed to fit English muffins, while Banquet MEGA is expanding its breakfast bowl lineup with four varieties containing 30 grams of protein per serving. Odom’s Tennessee Pride is adding Chicken Sandwich and Maple Pancake Sausage Sandwich varieties to its snack-size breakfast lineup, and Sandwich Bros. is launching two breakfast pita sandwiches featuring either sausage, egg and cheese or egg white, turkey sausage and cheese, each providing 12 grams of protein.
Frozen entrees remain another major focus of the product rollout. Banquet MEGA is introducing Original Crispy and Spicy Crispy Chicken Tenders made with white meat chicken, along with a new Vlasic Dill Pickle-flavored chicken filet that joins its existing Original and Spicy offerings. The brand is also expanding its multi-serve MEGA XL range with Country Fried Chicken, Buffalo-Style Chicken Mac ‘N Cheese and Dynamite Penne with Meatballs, while adding Cheesy Rice & Chicken and Chicken Parmesan to its single-serve lineup.
Bertolli, the company’s premium Italian frozen meal brand, is launching a Beef Bolognese Skillet Meal featuring rigatoni pasta in a rich beef sauce, while Dolly Parton’s frozen food collection is expanding with Homestyle Meatloaf and Fried Chicken Mac & Cheese inspired by Southern comfort food recipes.
Conagra is also responding to sustained demand for protein-focused meals through its evol brand, which is introducing four Protein Bowls containing between 25 and 40 grams of protein, alongside a new Blackened Chicken Alfredo entrée. Healthy Choice is adding six meals across its Café, Café Steamers and Simply Steamers lines, all carrying the brand’s GLP-1 “On Track” badge intended to help shoppers identify products that align with changing dietary preferences.
Other frozen meal additions include a Chicken Alfredo dinner from Hungry-Man, three new family-size meals and three single-serve options from Marie Callender’s, plus several Asian-inspired products from P.F. Chang’s Home Menu, including Japanese Style BBQ Crispy Chicken, Mini Pork Egg Rolls and a Korean BBQ Style Bowl.
The company is also broadening its frozen vegetable portfolio through Birds Eye, introducing Steakhouse Sides such as Green Beans with Bacon and Creamed Spinach, along with new ULTIMATE vegetable dishes, Steamfresh vegetables and globally inspired flavors including Vegetable Fried Rice and Mexican Street Corn.
Plant-based products remain part of Conagra’s long-term strategy despite slower category growth. Gardein is introducing ULTIMATE Plant-Based Extra Crispy Chick’n Nuggets and a Chick’n Alfredo Bowl, while Purple Carrot is adding two vegan pasta bowls featuring Alfredo-style and basil pesto recipes.
Beyond frozen foods, Conagra is expanding its pantry offerings through licensed partnerships. Wendy’s Baconator Chili brings the restaurant chain’s signature burger flavors to canned chili, while Stubb’s Baked Beans debuts in Original and Sticky Sweet varieties aimed at summer barbecue occasions.
The company is also refreshing its snack portfolio. Snack Pack is launching Dr Pepper Juicy Gels and Splash Juicy Gels made with 98% fruit juice, while Glutino is introducing Dark Chocolate Strawberry Wafer Bites, Frosted Animal Crackers and Garlic Parmesan Pretzel Twists as it expands its gluten-free lineup.
The broad product rollout underscores how major packaged food manufacturers are increasingly focusing innovation on premium convenience, restaurant-inspired flavors and protein-forward recipes as consumers continue balancing affordability with changing dietary preferences. By extending established brands into new categories while introducing licensed products and health-oriented offerings, Conagra is seeking to strengthen its position across multiple grocery aisles during the peak summer shopping season.
