Following a successful launch of the Pollock fillet in schools, which included a nomination for the 2016 ASSIST Innovation Award, Crown Foods has developed the product range of coated gluten-free MSC fish products to include both Wild Alaska Pollock and Wild Alaska Salmon, available in Brakes.
