Fastnet Fish has acquired Seafish UK Ltd, a supplier of value-added seafood products to the retail and foodservice sectors.

The acquisition coincides with the retirement of Bob Carter, Managing Director and principal shareholder of Seafish UK, following a career spanning almost 60 years in the seafood industry. Carter has been a respected figure within the sector, spending decades building supplier and customer relationships and helping establish Seafish UK as a trusted business within the industry.
Fastnet Fish, AMI Group and Seafish UK thanked Carter for his contribution to the seafood trade and wished him a long and healthy retirement.
Fastnet Fish is part of the AMI Group of companies and specializes in raw material procurement and supply chain management.
