So, the firm is constantly on the lookout for exciting product innovations that chime together with current consumers’ tastes. Consequently, when frostkrone experts develop new products, the group also makes full use of the knowledge provided by specialized institutes and takes heed of vibes coming out of customer surveys and tasting.
To this end, the company has showcased some of its latest innovative products at Anuga, inclduing offerings form all the five companies that have been married together under umbrella of the group since 2019:
Maxxarella: a cheese snack featuring mozzarella that can be stretched inside its breaded coating which is perfectly seasoned and crispy.
Pizza Pocket Breakfast: made from a combination of scrambled egg, spicy, Cheddar cheese and sautéed potatoes, the product is the answer for a swift breakfast. The pocket snack product is available for the microwave and also for heating up in a conventional oven.
Börek: crispy pastry sheets filled with aromatic cream cheese, spinach and feta cheese, and then seasoned with a touch of mint.
Petites Corolles Salmon: wheat pastry dough baked with Mediterranean vegetables and salmon, served in a creamy sauce of mozzarella and goat cheese.
Moreover, frostkrone’s Lava Bites finger foods were one of the winners of the Taste Innovation Show at Anuga 2019. A specialty jury comprising journalists selected the industry’s top innovations, within the framework of Anuga 2019.
