Eduardo Luz has been appointed as President of the U.S. Ketchup, Condiments, Sauces, Dressings and Frozen business, which includes the entire Kraft and Heinz U.S. condiments and frozen portfolio.
Luz joined Heinz in June 2013 and was rapidly promoted to serve as Zone President of Heinz North America. His new role will be effective upon the close of the merger transaction.
This is one of the many new appointments announced for the Kraft Heinz Company, in the ongoing merger process, as the new senior management team has been assembled.

Among other members of the senior leadership team, Paulo Basilio has been appointed EVP and Chief Financial Officer, while Matt Hill will serve as Zone President of Europe.
