Grilled Proteins has launched a line of air-grilled chicken and beef aimed at consumers seeking convenient, high-protein meals without added oils, preservatives or antibiotics.
The company is selling its products directly to consumers through grilledproteins.com, with subscription and one-time purchase options, and plans to expand into grocery retail beginning in 2027.
The company’s products are made from real meat that is simply seasoned, air-grilled with zero oil and flash-frozen at peak freshness. The initial line consists of chicken breast and thigh and beef made from flank and strip steak. Products are vacuum-sealed and designed to be prepared from freezer to plate within minutes.
Grilled Proteins is positioning the line in particular toward athletes and other active consumers who want a convenient source of protein following workouts or training sessions. The company says its products have gained traction among trainers and competitors as it prepares for a broader launch.
“We wanted clean, high-protein food to fit into real life — especially for people who train hard and don’t have time to cook it,” said a spokesperson for Grilled Proteins. “Air-grilling with no oil lets the meat speak for itself, freezing it fresh means we never need a preservative, and partners like KOLDLINER and inKOLD Distributors let us deliver it frozen and fast — so it’s simply there when you need to refuel.”
The company’s direct-to-consumer model allows customers to choose between recurring subscriptions and one-time orders. Subscribers can adjust portions, skip deliveries, pause or cancel at any time, while receiving member pricing and early access to new products.
For nationwide delivery, Grilled Proteins is partnering with KOLDLINER, which uses phase-change cold-chain technology designed to keep products frozen for up to 72 hours without dry ice or Styrofoam coolers. The company says the system eliminates the need for hazmat handling and replaces single-use foam with a reusable, recyclable liner.
Grilled Proteins is also building a local micro-distribution network with inKOLD Distributors to bring inventory closer to consumers and accelerate fulfillment. The network is initially launching in Los Angeles, Miami, New York and Austin, Texas.
The company says its products have a 12-month frozen shelf life and are packaged in a retail-ready format as it prepares for expansion beyond direct sales. National grocery and warehouse-club distribution is planned to begin in 2027.
The brand’s products are USDA-inspected and halal certified. Grilled Proteins says its chicken and beef are raised without antibiotics, while the products contain no preservatives, additives or artificial ingredients. The company is backed by private and institutional investors.
Grilled Proteins is currently available directly to consumers at grilledproteins.com through subscription and one-time orders, with local delivery offered in select markets. Grocery retail distribution is expected to begin in 2027.
