Jan Zandbergen BV has unveiled a new meat brand called Everlamb for customers in the food service industry.
Everlamb offers a wide range of frozen lamb products including lamb chops, lamb saddles, lamb shanks, but also lamb burgers, minced meat and medallions. Since the meat is cut precisely and into standard portions, Everlamb offers advantages such as easier preparation, no cutting losses and uniform presentation, says the producer. The company also notes that the lamb is frozen at the right moment in order to preserve the best of taste and tenderness.
Jan Zanbergen sources its meat from regions in New Zealand, Patagonia and Ireland which are known for quality lamb. The meat is both BRC (British Retail Consortium) and QS certified.
