Surgital Launches Three New Autumn Recipes

Surgital has prepared a series of recipes for the autumn menu, using the company’s Divine Creazioni® products.

According to a press release, the recipes are:

Bauletti® with Barolo DOCG slow braised beef with potato and topinambur cream, veal stock and crispy leek straw: these little masterpieces of fresh pasta have a rich, succulent heart of slow braised beef in quality Barolo DOCG, paired with a fluffy potato and topinambur cream. All complemented by a flavourful veal broth and delicious crispy leek straw. This culinary creation is a real feast for the senses, and a perfect way to sink into the autumn.

Tortellini Almost in Broth: this recipe is an ode to comfort food. Every bite is a warm embrace on a cold day. Our Divine Creazioni® Tortellini alla moda di Bologna (with meat) are filled with a delicious combination of meat, mortadella and Grana Padano DOP cheese, and are served in a rich broth.

Bauletti® with porcini mushrooms and “Taleggio DOP” cheese with polenta taragna, chicory gel and duck chop: the fresh pasta encases a delicious filling of porcini mushrooms and Taleggio DOP cheese, creating an earthy, creamy combination of flavours. Polenta taragna adds a rustic note to the dish, while the chicory gel and duck chop raise it to the level of a real gourmet delicacy.
