The meter is compatible with a wide range of thermocouple types, including B, E, J, K, N, R, S and T, and is engineered to provide accurate temperature measurement across complex industrial applications. Designed to function as both a monitoring and control device, the meter includes two independent alarm setpoints and two independent outputs, including digital communication and 4-20 mA analog retransmission. These capabilities allow the unit to interface with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and building automation systems while supporting applications such as fan operation, valve control and temperature safety management.
The device delivers temperature accuracy of 0.5°C after 30 minutes of operation and 0.2°C after 40 minutes, making it suitable for applications including air handling units, chillers, boilers and other temperature-sensitive industrial equipment.
Configuration is performed through a front-mounted USB connection using Trumeter’s APM Configurator software, eliminating the need for dedicated drivers. Users can adjust measurement ranges, alarm thresholds, display settings, custom indicators and output parameters while configuring application-specific scaling and sensor linearization.
