John Bean Technologies Corporation (JBT) has recently announced the signing of a six million US dollar contract to supply a North American based food processor with protein processing equipment, to process ethnic foods for the fast growing convenience food market.

The project is expected to become fully operational in fall of this year and the order was received during the first quarter of 2015.
