BW Integrated Systems, which is a subsidiary of BW Packaging Systems, recently made the announcement that Daniela Israel has joined the company’s executive leadership team. In her role as vice president of Market Strategy at BW Integrated Systems, Israel is responsible for ensuring that the company’s solutions are continuously aligned with the ever-evolving requirements that customers in a variety of markets have.
BW Integrated Systems benefits from Israel’s extensive background in strategic marketing and product management, which spans more than 15 years. She has spent the majority of her career working for some of the most reputable manufacturing and technology companies in North America, such as ITW and Dell, where she was responsible for developing global market strategy and leading sales teams to advance various products and solutions.
“Daniela will be instrumental in positioning our products and solutions across the global markets we serve,” said Pete Carlson, president of BW Integrated Systems. “She will establish critical processes to ensure we fill unmet needs in the market, while creating value for our clients. As we continue to invest heavily in innovation, her leadership will help us achieve the goals of our clients and business.”
As part of her new responsibilities, Israel will collaborate with the sales team at BW Integrated Systems to gain an in-depth comprehension of the relationship that exists between the company’s packaging solutions and the primary requirements of the market. By taking these steps, BW Integrated Systems will be in a better position to introduce applicable packaging innovations in the key markets that they have identified.
In addition to integrating systems, BW Integrated Systems is in the business of designing and manufacturing end-of-line packaging equipment as well as solutions for robotic automation. The packaging expertise of Accraply, BW Flexible Systems, BW Integrated Systems, Pneumatic Scale Angelus, and Synerlink are all brought together by BW Packaging Systems, which is one of the many Barry-Wehmiller companies that BW Packaging Systems represents. The business is a frontrunner in its field when it comes to the design and production of end-of-line packaging equipment solutions, packaging automation, and the integration of packaging systems.
