Rite Stuff Foods Inc. has announced it will showcase a wide range of products at the PLMA Trade Show in Chicago, USA. The event will take place between November 18-19, 2019 at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center.
At the trade show, Rite Stuff Foods will present customers from the retail trade and foodservice branch with a complete portfolio inspired by street food. These options range from Tunisian-style brick dough to snack ideas such as potato snacks and gourmet pizza pockets. Below are some examples of products, visitors can expect to see at PLMA Chicago:
- Lava Bites – the winner of the Taste Innovation accolade at Anuga 2019. The bites boast a black exterior with a lava-like filling made of Cheddar cheese and red jalapeño chili peppers.
- Pizza Pocket Breakfast – available in several different vegetarian variations. The classic option includes scrambled eggs, Cheddar cheese, and sautéed potatoes. The company offers additional combinations including Breakfast Veggie Bacon & Egg, Breakfast Veggie Sausage, Egg & Cheddar, and Breakfast Egg, Gouda & Potatoes.
- Petites Corolles – are appetizers created out of brick dough baked wafer-thin. Available in options such as Vegetables & Mozzarella
- Twice Baked “Triple Cheese”: made from Idaho potatoes that are baked and halved and scooped out before being filled with three kinds of cheese.
Rite Stuff Foods – a U.S.-based manufacturer of special potato products – has since the beginning of this year been part of the Frostkrone Food Group and in the future, it intends to also conquer the market with finger foods and snacks.
The Frostkrone Food Group has its headquarters located in Rietberg, Germany. Its companies are specialized in the development, production, and marketing of finger food and snack products.
