Scott & Jon’s Expands National Footprint With Whole Foods Market Launch

Scott & Jon’s, known for its restaurant-style seafood meals designed for easy weeknight dining, is set to roll out nationally at Whole Foods Market beginning in the fourth quarter of 2025.

Four frozen seafood bowls will anchor the brand’s debut, including a new Fish Tikka Masala that marks its latest addition to the lineup.

The Whole Foods selection will feature several of the company’s strongest performers. Honey Sesame Salmon, a top seller, combines tender salmon with rice, vegetables and a sweet-savory sauce, offering 15 grams of protein per serving. Lemon Butter Dill Salmon delivers 18 grams of protein and presents a richer profile, pairing salmon with penne pasta in a creamy lemon and dill sauce. The Baja Fish Taco Bowl brings a new white-fish option to the brand’s portfolio, highlighting cod with a cilantro lime crema and bright accents such as pickled onions, also at 18 grams of protein. Rounding out the offerings is the new Fish Tikka Masala, a 19-gram protein bowl that features flaky white fish simmered in a spiced masala sauce served with basmati rice.

“We’ve always focused on delivering delicious seafood meals that taste fresh, feel satisfying, and are easy to enjoy any night of the week,” said Jon Demers, co-founder of Scott & Jon’s. “Launching at Whole Foods is a natural next step for us. They share our belief in high-quality ingredients and food that doesn’t compromise on taste.”

The company emphasizes the use of real, premium ingredients and responsibly sourced seafood, aiming to deliver the flavor and satisfaction of freshly prepared meals with the convenience of a freezer-to-table format. Each bowl is crafted to offer a balanced, vibrant and ready-in-minutes experience tailored to consumers seeking both quality and simplicity.
