Italpizza was founded in 1991 in a small town in the Bolognese hills, starting handmade production of high quality frozen pizzas. In just a few short years, Cristian Pederzini has been able to transform an idea into a young and dynamic industrial reality. In 1999 Italpizza moved to Modena, increasing its productive capacity, maintaining unaltered the traditional characteristics of Italian pizza.

Our pizzas.
Long Leaving.
The excellent digestibility of our pizzas is obtained through proper leavening. The dough is leavened for 24 hours at a constant temperature and humidity, without chemical agents.
Hands stretched.
Each pizza is manually stretched by our “pizzaioli”. This maintains the structure of the pizza intact and the border of the pizzas is “artisanal” and” “irregular” as seen in truly traditional Italian pizza.
Cooked in a wood burning stone oven.
Our patented ovens are fundamental for a safe and efficient process. The pizzas are cooked on constantly cleaned refractory stone and the ovens are fueled by oak and beech wood. The wood and the fumes never come into direct contact with the pizzas.
Quality.
Certified supplier. Our suppliers are approved based on precise standards of quality, safety and reliability.
Certified raw materials. Our suppliers undergo periodical inspections by our technicians in order to guarantee the quality and safety of raw materials that we use.
Certified products. Italpizza undergoes regular quality controls aimed at verifying the product and the system.
Conservation.
Frozen (12 months shelf life).
After removal from the oven the pizzas are immediately frozen and packed without gas and chemical preservatives.
