Bridor de France Presents its 2014 Bread Menu

For 2014, Bridor de France will be launching a new collection of breads designed to be suitable for every hospitality opportunity. Some of these have been developed in partnership with acclaimed baker and winner of the French Craftsmanship Award for Bakery, Frédéric Lalos. Each loaf in the range will be under the ‘Bridor by Frédéric Lalos’ label.

At breakfast, Bridor’s loaves are a source of pleasure and well-being with seeds, fiber and fruit. At lunchtime, they come in different sizes, textures and varied flavors. And finally, as an ingredient, Bridor’s new breads enable the development of gourmet dishes and creative, delicious sandwiches.
