Dolceria Alba presents the latest creation of Individual Portion Family: Profiteroles Cocoa 55g Dolc’Ego. It is an exquisite choux pastry made by our bakers, filled with Chantilly cream and topped with soft cocoa cream.
Every single tray contains 3 puffs, so that product waste is eliminated.
The product is also easy to prepare: it’s sufficient to take the dessert 1 h in the fridge or few minutes at room-temperature and it is ready to be tasted. Due to the pack size (13,5x6xh4,5cm) it is easy to store in the freezer.
