While vegetable spreads such as peanut butter, coconut butter or even macadamia nuts are already present in the portfolio of more and more brands, manufacturers continue to surprise with new innovative products, including melon seed butter.
When it comes to cooking oils, the possibilities for assortment are endless. Trends now include variants such as avocado oil or pumpkin seed oil.
