Loma Systems, a global provider of food safety and quality inspection technologies, will present its latest solutions at Warsaw Pack 2026, scheduled for April 14–16 at Ptak Warsaw Expo in Warsaw, Poland.
The company will welcome visitors to Stand F1.46, where it plans to demonstrate new developments in metal detection, X-ray inspection and checkweighing designed to help Polish food manufacturers enhance product safety, quality assurance and operational efficiency.
The appearance at the Warsaw exhibition underscores Loma’s long-standing presence in the Polish market. After nearly two decades of supplying inspection technologies to local producers, the company continues to expand its footprint through a combination of global engineering expertise and local customer support, including training and lifetime equipment service. The event offers an opportunity to engage with industry partners and demonstrate how inspection systems are evolving to meet rising production demands and stricter regulatory standards.
Among the technologies highlighted at the stand will be the X5C X-ray inspection system, an upgraded solution aimed at manufacturers seeking compact equipment with strong performance and cost efficiency. Designed to operate at line speeds of up to 70 metres per minute, the system supports higher throughput while maintaining reliable contaminant detection. A larger widescreen interface has been introduced to simplify operation, enabling users to more easily manage setup, monitoring and daily production tasks.
The X5C is intended for retail packaged convenience foods, ready meals and other small packaged products, including those packed in foil trays or metallised film. In addition to detecting contaminants, the system performs product integrity checks, helping manufacturers identify packaging defects and other irregularities. Its open-frame design and quick-release curtains are intended to support faster cleaning and improved hygiene management in modern food production environments.
Also featured will be the X5DE Space Saver X-ray system, which incorporates Dual Energy technology to improve the detection of difficult low-density contaminants across a wide range of food products. Developed through Loma’s customer-focused innovation program, the system combines advanced algorithms with high inspection performance to reduce false rejects while maintaining reliable detection results. Its compact design allows manufacturers to integrate the equipment into existing production lines without significantly altering line layouts.
The exhibition will also include the CW3 RUN-WET Combo system, which integrates checkweighing and metal detection within a single hygienic unit built for demanding washdown and high-care production environments. Designed for easier cleaning and dependable operation, the system is intended to help manufacturers maintain production uptime while supporting hygiene requirements and regulatory compliance.
Another system on display will be the IQ4M Metal Detector, which uses variable frequency and multi-spectrum detection technologies to deliver high sensitivity across challenging food applications, including products with high salt, moisture or iron content. By reducing the false rejects that often occur with conventional metal detection systems, the technology aims to improve efficiency without compromising food safety standards.
Completing the inspection lineup is the IQ4 Pipeline system, engineered for pumped and free-flowing products such as soups, sauces, meat slurries, jams and dairy items. The technology is designed to integrate smoothly with modern filling operations, providing in-line inspection capabilities while maintaining continuous product flow through the production process.
