The BFFF’s upcoming 9th annual Business Conference, Exhibition and People Awards Dinner will take place on March 5 at the Chesford Grange Hotel, Kenilworth, Warwickshire. The theme of the event is “Today and Tomorrow”.
The “Today” session will look at the grocery scene, hear thoughts on the changing market and the impact on the industry, as well as the views and challenges on GSCOP (Groceries Supply Code of Practices). The organizers plan to share knowledge of the hospitality sector and look at the economic outlook over the next two years.
“Tomorrow” focuses on understanding blockchain, the rise and impact of AI, the threats and opportunities around restaurant delivery and accelerating the shift towards a sustainable future. This year’s keynote speaker is Mandy Hinkson, and she will talk about motivation, teamwork, and leadership under pressure.
The event will also host the 2020 People Awards.
