BW Flexible Systems has unveiled its latest innovation, the SYMACH 3500S, a high-performance push-type palletizer. This new machine combines advanced design with user-friendly controls, offering efficient stacking and palletizing for various packaging types including bags, bales, crates, and cases.
The SYMACH 3500S builds upon the legacy of the Thiele Master 3500, incorporating it into the SYMACH palletizing system to create an enhanced palletizing solution. A standout feature is its advanced stacking cage, which ensures products remain within specified dimensions, minimizing overhang and resulting in more stable, square pallets that are easier to transport and store.

The 3500S includes an operator-friendly human-machine interface, which supports 12 languages and facilitates communication with enterprise resource planning, warehouse management and manufacturing execution systems for seamless data exchange. Easy stacking pattern creation and easy recovery make the human-machine interface very intuitive to work with. Occupying a more compact footprint than a robotic palletizer makes the 3500S an ideal choice for space-restricted environments.
