Frozen food distributor Central Foods recently launched a range of Asian-style prawns that are gluten-free and vegan. Asian prawn snacks from Menuserve are safe for plant-based dining.
Three different types of snacks are available in the Menuserve gluten-free, vegan Asian prawn snack selection: the torpedo, which is a vegan prawn wrapped in filo, the breaded, which is a vegan shrimp crumbed, and the bubble, which is a vegan prawn battered.
These foods that are reminiscent of Chinese restaurants can be offered as appetizers, on sharing platters, in tapas-style meals, as part of a buffet, or as options for street food. These delectable finger appetizers just so happen to be vegan and gluten-free, making them the perfect choice for clients with special dietary needs.
The Asian vegan prawn collection comes in 48-count cases with 16 of each kind and only requires heating before being consumed.
