Featuring flavors developed with local market tastes in mind, with functional benefits, customers will soon experience the unique combinations and culinary complexities that Food Union’s innovative team has spent months developing at their purpose-built innovation hub in Riga, Latvia.

The new product line-up features novelties like Underground (low-calorie ice cream in a range of flavors including lemon cake, blackcurrant, and licorice, available in Denmark), Premier Is Vegan (ice cream in 6 different flavors and convenient tubs, available in Denmark), Premia (strawberry sorbet on a stick, available in Estonia), POLS (doughnut-shaped vanilla ice cream in choco glaze with sprinkles, available in Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia), Väike Tom Tiigrijäätis (vanilla-flavored ice cream stick with orange & raspberry juicy coating, available in Estonia), and Baltijskoe (ice cream range from real cream in stick and wafer cup formats, available in Russia).
