Fria, the Scandinavian producer of gluten-free bakery products, recently exhibited at the Bournemouth Air Festival. The company offered samples and sold a selection of products from their extensive range of gluten-free, milk-free and lactose-free products, including several different types of bread, rolls, cinnamon buns and muffins.
“Our involvement at Bournemouth Air Festival was part of the investment we are making in the UK and also the rest of Europe,” says Gunilla Lisspers, export manager at Fria.
Throughout the UK summer, Fria participated in a number of open-air shows that, in total, attracted between 2 and 3 million visitors. In addition, The Allergy & Free From Show in London was attended by nearly 30,000 consumers with celiac disease and various food intolerances, many of whom paid a visit to Fria’s popular stand.
