The Ice Cream and Artisan Food Show Offers Attendees Chance to Win Prize

The Ice Cream and Artisan Food Show is scheduled to take place between February 11-13, 2020 at the Yorkshire Event Center in Harrogate, the UK.

As visitor registration is now open, the organizers (the Ice Cream Alliance or ICA) have announced is offering attendees the chance to win a GBP250 cash prize. To enter, interested parties have to register their details at www.ice-cream.org, correctly answer the questions and attend the show on one of the three days it is open (it is free to all the trade). The winner will be announced by February 29, 2020.

The show will feature players from all sectors of the ice cream industry including food retailers, ice cream parlors, cafes, restaurants, hotels and pubs, manufacturers and more. Innovations will also be showcased including the world’s first solar and battery powered ice cream van.

“We have been organizing The Ice Cream and Artisan Food Show for 70 years. This year we really do have a range of new and exciting exhibitors from both the UK and abroad. It promises to be a feast of new and creative ideas which should give our industry a fantastic start to 2020,” commented the Ice Cream Alliance CEO Zelica Carr.

The UK ice cream sector is booming. It is now worth over GBP1.4bn per year and is still growing. The number of Ice Cream Parlors alone are increasing by 20% per year – and are one of the few growth sectors on the UK High Street, according to ICA.
