From Saturday 17th to Wednesday 21st January 2015, Rimini Expo Centre will host Rhex Ristorazione simultaneously with SIGEP and A.B. TECH EXPO.
Rimini Horeca Expo is the appointment for the entire world of “eating out” and the comprehensive expo showcase proposes innovations, solution and trends for the Horeca chain in a single location.
The expo area features a focus dedicated to frozen products (the Frigus area) and a strong boost to the areas reserved for food and beverage distribution, products for catering and speciality foods, with the customary accent on regional produce.
Rimini Fiera business unit manager Patrizia Cecchi explains, “In this scenario, enterprises will be able to better address the large number of “eating out” trade members: from those in the hotel trade to those in the catering/food service trade, as well as collective food service and distribution, with specific initiatives and proposals for each target. It is therefore an opportunity for previews of new business models and news formats in catering and hospitality.”
The simultaneous staging of the expos ensures an unbeatable number of international trade members, with 175,000 awaited from all over the world (over 35,000 are expected from abroad) and visiting delegations of buyers from 34 nations have been scheduled.
SIGEP is the international expo dedicated to artisan confectionery, world leader in the gelato sector and an event for all companies in the bakery chain. In 2015, the Rimini Fiera expo showcase will be completed by the staging of the biennial A.B. TECH EXPO, the home of bakery enterprises, able to bring together the great quality of artisan production and innovative industrial technology in a single expo.
