Together with a barista and coffee roaster, erlenbacher has developed four different flavors for an innovative product concept, which are precisely matched to coffee specialties.
erlenbacher has showcased four cakes to accompany different coffee preparations – Chocolate Raspberry Cake, Apple Cassis Cake, Chocolate Salted Caramel Cake, and Banana Walnut Cake (vegan). According to the company, even during product development, care was taken to ensure that the Barista Cakes harmonize perfectly with various coffee specialties.
The Barista Cakes are flat round cakes with a diameter of 24 cm and are already pre-cut in 12 portions for easy handling. According to a press release, the products should be seen as a „game between cake and coffee”, featuring a salty, sweet, tart, or nutty taste.
