The Speaker Program for next year’s International Potato Processing & Storage Convention continues to develop very quickly and positively. Already the program is almost three-quarters the way to capacity and features a very good mix of speakers from around the world from both the world of academia and research and commercial organizations – all high in expertise.
The three day program begins with developments in storage and moves through to processing technologies. Titles of presentations to date and the Speakers can be seen on the Convention website. More presentations will be joining this exciting line-up, which also features three end-of-day discussion forums (Sprout Control; Sanitation and Sustainability).
Registration is open with an attractive 25% discount for “Very Early Bird” registrations, but only until January 31. Full details of the Convention are on the website which will be continually updated as we build the Speaker Programmes.
