The square petit fours are small cakes in fresh, fruity colors. They are also available with white, milk and dark chocolate, however. The petit fours consist of two layers of cake, with a filling of vanilla butter cream or a tasty Bavarian cream. Sizes range from the largest size of 45×45 mm to the smallest size of 28×28 mm. Depending on the occasion when they are offered, e.g. at a high tea or as part of in-flight catering, the petit fours can measure between 30 mm and 40 mm in height.
