allplants has launched three new dishes, all remakes of classics – Mexican Chilli, Tikka Masala, and Arrabiata. They’re packed with high-protein, vibrant, nutritious and wholefood ingredients, without compromising on flavour, according to a press release.
allplants’ dishes are 100% plant-based and made by their team of chefs in North London. The dishes are flash-frozen, ensuring nutrition and taste are locked in. Customers simply reheat and voila – you’ll have a delicious, healthy meal right when you need them most. Midweek dinners sorted.
The new dishes on the allplants menu include Mexican Chilli with Chipotle + Rice (this veg-packed chilli has a deep smoky flavour from chipotle chilli, balanced with sweet roasted red onions, and served with a sweetcorn salsa and brown rice. This dish is also available online from Ocado), Aubergine Tikka Masala with Pilau Rice (made with rich tomato, infused with coconut, cashew cream, and sweet mango purée. Finished with roasted aubergine, onion, chickpeas, and fragrant pilau rice. The typical Tikka Masala is packed full of ghee and double cream, so our development chefs undertook in-depth competitor testing to ensure the allplants version achieved the same rich flavouring but with high nutritional value), and Pasta Arrabiata in a Rich Tomato Sauce (a staple Italian pasta but with highly elevated nutritional benefits, this pasta is rich in vitamin C and iron to boost your immune system, as well as being a source of protein, 2 of your 5 a day, and low in sugar and saturated fat. This classic pasta dish has rich roasted red peppers woven throughout with a sprinkling of sundried tomatoes, seasoned with fragrant basil, Italian herbs and chilli flakes).
“Eating seasonally and nourishing yourself with the power of plant-based protein is a fantastic way to enjoy a health boost this summer. Whether you’re looking to improve your immune system with a vitamin hit or want a protein packed post-gym refuel, allplants’ new menu has it all – without having to compromise on enjoying truly delicious food,” said Development Chef Mimi Phillips.
