Baker & Baker, one of Europe’s leading bakery manufacturers, has launched a new Christmas-themed doughnut in the UK, aiming to help retailers and foodservice customers capitalize on the busy holiday season.
The limited-edition product marks the company’s latest sweet treat for 2025.
The festive doughnut features a rich cocoa crème filling, cocoa icing, and a colorful, seasonal sugar decoration. It is egg-free, contains no artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives, and is suitable for vegetarians.
“Christmas is a prime time for customers to maximise sales,” said Helen Sinclair, UK marketing manager at Baker & Baker. “The festive doughnut, with its eye-catching toppings, taps into the consumer trend for products that visually correspond with a season, and will support our customers in driving sales during this crucial period.”
Available from October, the thaw-and-serve Christmas doughnut joins Baker & Baker’s growing portfolio of sweet bakery items. The company recommends that the product be consumed within two days when stored at ambient temperature.
The new offering is available through established foodservice and bakery wholesale channels. To support the launch, Baker & Baker has created a range of marketing materials, including a digital toolkit with banners and product imagery. The company will also share sales tips and promotional guidance across its digital platforms to help customers make the most of the Christmas trading period.
