Beginning this month, all products purchased online on the AB Cool Food frozen food store in Romania (belonging to Mega Image supermarket chain) can be delivered at home, for all customers living in Bucharest.
“By launching the home delivery service we increase the experience we offer to consumers, namely that of preparing a delicious meal at home, from a variety of frozen foods which are quick and easy to cook. So far, consumers have reacted in a very positive manner to our concept and to the large variety of frozen meals and products we offer and we intend to get even closer to our customers, offering them the best products and services”, said Xavier Piesvaux, general director of Mega Image Romania.
Consumers can select products online, from a virtual catalogue and afterwards they either fill in a form or call the store directly, in order to register their order, which is paid in cash upon delivery. Founded in 1995, Mega Image is currently the largest chain of supermarkets in Romania, with over 300 stores all over the country.
