The independent ice cream maker Northern Bloc Ice Cream Ltd., which supplies Booths, the National Trust, and Wagamama among other retail and foodservice clients, has announced that Bidcorp UK has acquired its trade and assets.
The 2014-founded company in Leeds provides an amazing selection of high-quality, all-natural goods, such as vegan, custom, and assertive ice creams with a variety of creative flavor profiles. Additionally, they sell ice cream for dogs that supports the Dogs Trust and a line of low-sugar ice cream for kids.
Northern Bloc will continue to conduct business under its well-known brand and become a part of Bidcorp UK’s manufacturing network, which also includes Yarde Farm and Simply Food Solutions.
