Cappello’s – a company specializing in grain-free, frozen-fresh, paleo-friendly foods – has expanded its portfolio to include seven new almond-based creations. It now features the following product lineups: Almond Flour Pizzas, Almond Flour Spaghetti, Sweet Potato Gnocchi and Double Chocolate Cookie Dough.
The Pizza range has an under 15-minute cook time. It’s available in four varieties: Naked, Whole Milk Mozzarella Cheese, Uncured Pepperoni and Italian Sausage with Roasted Red Peppers. Prices range between USD9 and USD12.
The Sweet Potato Gnocchi are made of dough that can be eaten as an entrée or dessert. The product retails for USD9. Moving on, the Spaghetti range cooks in only 90 seconds and is also available for USD9.
As for the Double Chocolate Cookie Dough, it features organic cocoa powder and chocolate morsels and is available for USD13.
