Dr. Praeger’s, the better-for-you frozen food company known for its plant-based offerings and clean-label approach, has appointed Alexis Brescia as Chief Supply Chain Officer.
The move signals a deepening focus on operational efficiency and growth as the brand continues to expand its presence in the frozen foods category. Dr. Praeger’s is a portfolio company of private equity firm Vestar Capital Partners.

Mr. Brescia joins the company with more than 25 years of experience in the consumer packaged goods industry. His career spans a broad range of supply chain functions, including manufacturing, continuous improvement, and productivity. He spent over two decades at Kraft Foods and Mondelez International, and most recently held the role of Vice President of North America Supply Chain Operations at Europastry, a global bakery manufacturer.
He holds a master’s degree in engineering management and a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
