Greek dessert company Evoiki Zimi SA draws inspiration from the cultures and different flavors of the countries that it trades with. This led to the launch of the brand-new product Kunefe, which has already seen great consumer interest.
Kunefe is made with fillo kataifi of Zimi Psachnon. Its fibers are elastic, absorb the syrup very well, and give a unique result after baking (color and appearance).
Kunefe is a crispy, cheese-filled dessert made with fillo kataifi based on traditional recipe. This ready-to-bake product should be served hot, after one pours the ready-made syrup found inside the packaging (cold) on the hot “Kunefe”. The product is distributed in United Kingdom, Singapore, Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait and Qatar.
