With just three weeks left until the registration deadline, FRUIT LOGISTICA 2026 is shaping up to be a major event for the global fresh produce sector.
Returning to Berlin from 4 to 6 February 2026, the trade fair will once again bring together suppliers, buyers, and innovators from across the entire value chain.
Registration for exhibitors remains open until 31 July 2025. This year’s edition promises expanded formats, high-level networking opportunities, and a broader international reach, organisers Messe Berlin say.
“FRUIT LOGISTICA offers a unique opportunity to assess mid-season performance and connect with the full ecosystem — clients, partners, and prospects — all within three intensive and productive days,” said Kenza Ouali, Marketing Director at Moroccan exporter Les Domaines Agricoles. For the company, the show is also “a showcase of Morocco’s agricultural progress” and an opportunity to demonstrate the strength of the national offer.
The 2025 edition drew visitors from 151 countries, reinforcing FRUIT LOGISTICA’s role as a global platform. Italy, the Netherlands, Spain, Germany, France and Belgium are expected to maintain strong participation in 2026, while demand from Africa and Asia is also on the rise.
Among the expanded offerings in 2026 are an Insights Stage for startup pitches and exhibitor showcases, and new display zones for Fresh Produce and Machinery & Technology. Popular features such as the Fresh Produce Forum, Farming Forward Stage, and the prestigious FRUIT LOGISTICA Innovation Award (FLIA) will also return, alongside the Retailer Club and Startup World.
For the first time, the show will also include guided Expo Tours to Berlin’s wholesale and retail markets, giving participants a direct view of market trends.
Beyond its annual Berlin gathering, FRUIT LOGISTICA forms part of a worldwide network of events including ASIA FRUIT LOGISTICA in Hong Kong, regional Meet-Ups, and Fruitnet congresses in Europe, India and Vietnam. These draw over 120,000 visitors per year and offer year-round engagement for industry professionals.
Exhibitors are encouraged to register by 31 July 2025.
