Greenland Seafood Launches New Range of Fish Burgers with Vegetables

Greenland Seafood is embracing current consumer trends by launching 3 fish burger recipes with vegetables.

This original and innovative range amongst frozen shelves includes the following delicious varieties Alaska Pollock Gardening style, Cod Provençale style, and Salmon with green vegetables. Not only does the range respond to current consumption trends, which are for natural products, processed as little as possible and using responsible, sustainable fishing, but also proposes a fish alternative to burgers’ lovers, a company statement reads. The dishes are quick and easy to prepare, and the taste and aromatic aspect of each particular recipe will give adults and children alike what they are looking for.

The company will be displaying this brand new range at the Seafood Expo Global being held in Barcelona from 26 – 28 April 2022 (stand located in n°4D503).

The range features Natural Alaska Pollock, Cod, and/or Salmon fillets which are 100% issued from sustainable fishing. In retail, the product will come in a four-piece packaging of 400 g. For foodservice, the box will contain 5-6 kilograms of the finished product. The burgers are to be oven-cooked (12-15 min at 220°) or pan-fried (10-12 min).
