Gustavo Gusto Presents Five Ice Cream Flavors

Frozen pizza manufacturer Franco Fresco has presented its Italian-style frozen ice cream under the Gustavo Gusto brand. The company launched five different types of Gustavo Gusto ice cream: chocolate ice cream, bourbon vanilla ice cream, yogurt ice cream with blossom honey, lemon sorbet, and raspberry sorbet.

The Gustavo Gusto frozen ice cream is available in a 500 ml cup, and a significant part of the ingredients come from organic farming. In addition, every type of ice cream contains at least one organic product. Only fresh whole milk or fresh whipped cream and fresh organic fruits, organic bourbon vanilla from Madagascar, organic fine cocoa or organic honey are used in production. The vegan raspberry sorbet contains 44% organic raspberry puree. No artificial flavors, flavor enhancers, preservatives, or colorings are used, according to the company.

“Instead of the usual standard basic mass, for example, we have developed a separate «ice body» for each type from different types of sugar, high-quality proteins, and valuable fats,” the product description reads. “Speaking of sugar: we use significantly less of it in order to achieve such a delicious and natural taste anyway – or perhaps because of it. We also add a lot less air than most other ice cream makers. This is what makes our ice cream so intense and ensures a particularly creamy consistency and fine texture.”
