Iceland has recently introduced a whole array of mash up products – loaded waffle fries with buffalo chicken, cheeseburger spring rolls, and chicken doughnuts, according to a press release.
Customer favorites have been given a revamp with the Iceland Bhaji Chicken Chunks (GBP3.00, 500g), part of the chicken chunk range the cooked chicken breast fillet chunks are covered in a bhaji style coating; or the Chicken Doughnuts (GBP3.00, 720g), chicken breasts in a ring shape in a breaded coating.
There’s also a sharing must, or just for one – the Fully Loaded Buffalo Chicken and Waffle Fries (GBP3.00, 520g), lattice shaped potato fries coated in a spicy seasoning with battered chicken breast drizzled in a hot buffalo pepper sauce topped with mozzarella and Cheddar cheese. Another product is the Nacho Cheese Gratin (GBP2.00, 480g), soft potato slices with a creamy nacho cheese sauce.
The range is intended to cover demand for frozen dishes from the entire family.
