Le Duc Presents New Vegan Fingerfood Concept

Le Duc Fine Food, a family-owned company producing vegetarian snacks and appetizers, launched a new, vegan fingerfood concept at the Anuga in Cologne: Le Duc Veggie Fries.

This colourful range of dipping snacks was mentioned by the press as one of the most interesting innovations at the Anuga, according to a company statement. Lots of potential international clients loved to taste the four varietes at the stand. Fitting in the trend plantbased and an easy way of stimulating eating more vegetables, appeals to those who want to broaden the group of flexitarians.

Besides that, the funny, small coated fries filled with vegetables are ideal for snacking at in-between moments. This fingerfood is highly appreciated as comfort food and easy eating and dipping. Tastes are Pumpkin/sweet potato, broccoli/cheese, Mashed kale/ potato and cauliflower. The Veggie fries weigh 12,5gr per piece and are packed in bags of different sizes for foodservice and the retail market.
