Urschel Showcases High-Capacity Cutting Technologies at ProPak Vietnam 2026

Urschel, a global manufacturer of food cutting equipment, is set to present two of its advanced processing solutions at ProPak Vietnam 2026, highlighting technologies designed to support high-capacity, precision food production.

The company will exhibit at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center in Ho Chi Minh City from March 31 through April 2, offering visitors an opportunity to explore equipment aimed at improving efficiency and consistency in food processing operations.

At the event, Urschel will feature the Sprint 2 Dicer with Conveyor and the MicroAdjustable SL-14 Cutting Head, two systems engineered to deliver accurate cutting performance while supporting continuous industrial production environments. Company representatives will be available at the booth to demonstrate how the technologies can be integrated into modern processing lines.

The Sprint 2 Dicer with built-in discharge conveyor belt is designed to enable continuous two- or three-dimensional cutting, allowing processors to maintain uninterrupted production flows. The system allows operators to adjust slice thickness, crosscut settings and circular knife spindles to achieve a wide range of cutting styles, including dices, granulations and strips. As products pass through the machine, the crosscut knife spindle works in coordination with other cutting components to create a compact cutting zone that produces consistent results. The integrated conveyor belt facilitates controlled discharge of the processed product, helping minimize waste and ensuring efficient transfer along the production line.

Urschel will also showcase the MicroAdjustable SL-14 Cutting Head, a slicing solution built to deliver higher throughput in demanding processing environments. Equipped with 14 cutting stations, the system can achieve nearly twice the capacity of the company’s standard eight-shoe slicing head. The design incorporates micro-adjustability and quick-clamping technology, allowing operators to perform knife changeovers with minimal tools and without removing the cutting head from the machine. The arrangement of cutting stations is engineered to maximize slice engagement, supporting consistent slicing performance across a wide variety of food products. The system’s versatility is intended to help processors optimize production efficiency while reducing long-term operating costs.

ProPak Vietnam has served as a key meeting point for the processing and packaging industries for nearly two decades, drawing manufacturers, technology providers and food processors from across the region. Urschel’s participation at the event reflects the company’s continued focus on providing equipment that supports large-scale production requirements while maintaining precision and reliability in food processing operations.
