Urschel to Spotlight Next-Generation Protein Dicing Technology at IPPE 2026

Urschel, a global supplier of food processing equipment, will return to Atlanta, Ga., for the International Production & Processing Expo from January 27 to 29, 2026, where it plans to highlight its latest advances in protein processing technology.

At the show, the company will feature the M VersaPro Dicer, known as the MVP, positioning it as a next-generation solution for meat, poultry and related applications.

Attendees are invited to visit Urschel at booth C19159 to see how the MVP is designed to handle a wide range of protein cutting needs. The machine is the newest addition to the company’s M series lineup and offers increased throughput along with a patented fluted crosscut option aimed at improving performance and flexibility on the processing floor.

The MVP is built for high-capacity output and is supported by adjustable variable frequency drive controls, robust horsepower and a cutting action designed to be both precise and gentle. An optional touchscreen human-machine interface adds ease of use, allowing operators to manage settings efficiently in demanding production environments.

IPPE is billed as the world’s largest annual exhibition of technology, equipment, supplies and services for the protein and feed industries. As a longtime exhibitor, Urschel said it looks forward to returning to the Georgia World Congress Center to demonstrate its cutting solutions to processors from around the globe.

In addition to its own equipment portfolio, Urschel now offers KRONEN commercial and industrial processing systems in select international markets. Company representatives said visitors to the IPPE booth and other upcoming trade shows will have an opportunity to learn more about these expanded capabilities and how they fit into Urschel’s broader approach to food cutting technology.
