New scientific findings, current developments in food law and examples of successful risk management will be presented at the 5th International Fresenius Conference on "Food Allergens" on 29 and 30 October 2012 in Mainz (near Frankfurt/Germany). the conference will deal with food allergies in children, anaphylaxis and allergen labeling in food packaging. Furthermore, the new Food Information Regulation, best practice methods for allergen risk management and challenges for food producers will be examined carefully.
