The next edition of Internorga, organized between March 13-18, will be the biggest so far, according to the organizers. The international foodservice show expands to include a new section on the butcher’s trade in Hall H of CCH – Congress Center Hamburg, with a total of about 100,000 sqm. Hamburg Messe und Congress GmbH expects about 1,300 exhibitors altogether, presenting their latest product developments, trends and innovations at the Hamburg Fair site.
“An outstanding development which confirms once again the character of Internorga as the leading HORECA trade show,” says Claudia Johannsen, Internorga Project Director. “Our aim is to give visitors the best possible overview of all areas of the out-of-home business. We are working hard on that, and look forward all the more to a successful Internorga 2015.”
In 2015 the new CRAFT BEER Arena celebrates its launch with a dedicated presentation area – showcasing a tremendous variety of beer styles and an exclusive supporting program.
The existing formats are likewise constantly being reexamined and improved – popular features such as the Newcomers’ Area, the Trendforum Pink Cube, the LiquID Bar and the SKYWALK Table will be there again, with new exhibitors and subjects.
“We owe it mainly to our exhibitors that the leading international trade show for the whole of the out-of-home market is held here in Hamburg,” Claudia Johannsen adds. “Every year Internorga is used both by the market leaders and by small creative companies to present their product innovations. Exciting new launches and world premieres have already been announced for 2015 again.”
Internorga has been the leading European trade fair for hotels, restaurants, institutional catering, bakery and confectionery ever since 1921. It is held in March every year, with exhibitors from Germany and abroad, displaying their innovations, trends and complete solutions for the whole of the out-of-home market.
