Bridor Launches Frozen Gluten Free Range

French bakery specialist Bridor has launched a new range of gluten-free products. The collection is composed of 4 fully baked products: two bread rolls, a small brioche and a madeleine.

Apart from the exceptional taste and texture, the main advantage of the Bridor Gluten-free range is its convenience. Since the collection is ready baked, items merely need to be thawed (a few seconds in a microwave) and served, providing a quick and easy solution.

The collection consists of:
An individual bread roll – 45 gAn individual mixed seed bread roll – 45 gAll-butter brioche – 50 g
All-butter madeleine – 30 g The whole range is frozen to allow a long-term preservation and on demand preparation avoiding losses. Each product is flow wrapped in order to avoid cross contamination. Can be kept frozen at -18 °C for 12 months from freezing date marked on packaging.
