The trend for 30 minute face to face meetings is being confirmed more and more in Europe, which is why Frozen B2B is organizing its second edition of professional such meetings for frozen food professionals in Barcelona, Spain, following the succes of the 2014 event.
The organizers say they expect twice the number of participants this year, namely around 200 professionals from 150 different companies: 100 global suppliers of frozen fruits and vegetables and 50 European buyers, on April 23rd and 24th, ath the Hotel Juan Carlos.
Buyers are from industries such as jam processors, prepared meals processors, dehydrators, etc. Some are from retail, as well as from foodservice.
Frozen B2B is also preparing a new event this year in Pisa, Italy, with 20 selected Italian agents who service the entire country, in all segments of the frozen food industry (retail, foodservice) and all categories: frozen bakery, prepared meals, vegetables, fruits, fish etc.
“We know the Italian market is kind of unique in Europe as the role of local agents is the key for exporters. The Italian face to face meetings will take place at the Tower Plaza hotel in Pisa on June the 9th and 10th,” the organizers said.
