Tipiak Showcases Allergen-free Fact Sheets

To make life easier for food professionals, French pastry maker Tipiak has included allergen-free fact sheets to every product supplied to the UK restaurant industry.

The fact sheets, which are available for download from the Tipiak Food Service website, list the allergens in each product and are appropriate for both front-of-house and back-of-house personnel.

They were developed to offer professionals in the food industry crucial knowledge they need to safeguard the safety of their consumers with food allergies.
