TUTTOFOOD is seeking to cement its role as a global reference point for the agri-food and beverage industry, with its next edition scheduled to take place in Milan from May 11 to May 14, 2026.
Organizers say the event will build on its growing international profile, positioning the show as a key meeting place for producers, buyers and decision-makers looking to expand across borders.
Backed by Milan’s location at the center of European trade flows and its modern exhibition infrastructure, TUTTOFOOD aims to function as a gateway for companies targeting international markets. The 2026 edition will span 10 halls and is expected to attract leading buyers and senior executives from more than 100 countries, reinforcing the event’s global reach.
Organizers have also redesigned the exhibition layout for 2026, introducing a more compact hall plan intended to improve visitor flow and make it easier for attendees to navigate the show’s different sectors. The revised format is designed to enhance efficiency for both exhibitors and visitors while allowing broader exposure across product categories.
TUTTOFOOD’s international ambitions were underscored during the 2025 edition, when Fiere di Parma and Koelnmesse joined forces in organizing the event. The partnership focused on strengthening the show’s global offering and expanding its appeal beyond Italy. As a result, TUTTOFOOD recorded a significant increase in foreign exhibitors and a sharp rise in the number of high-quality international buyers, with attendance up more than 300% compared with 2023, growing from about 800 to more than 3,000.
Beginning in 2026, TUTTOFOOD will move to an even-year schedule, alternating with Anuga. Organizers say the shift is intended to establish two complementary European business platforms capable of supporting international food and beverage companies as they develop their global operations. In parallel, the next edition of Cibus will take place in 2027 and will focus exclusively on Italian producers of PDOs, PGIs and specialty foods, further differentiating the roles of Europe’s major food trade fairs.
